FREE Information Session
We welcome you and your friends or loved ones to attend a free information session given by one of our surgeons. Sessions are held conveniently on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Before you schedule your initial consultation, we ask that you complete a registration packet with questions about your personal health, insurance and a food journal.
