Initial Consult / Educational Session

How to get an initial appointment

  1. Call us at 1-800-EINSTEIN. We will obtain your insurance information and check you benefits.
  2. Download a registration packet

Our office will promptly call schedule your initial one-on-one consultation with the surgeon once we received your completed information and have confirmed your insurance benefits.

This consultation lasts about two hours. Your surgeon will discuss details about surgery, the benefits, and the potential complications. All your questions will be answered.

Your spouse, significant other, friends and/or family are strongly encouraged to attend (no young children please).

What happens next?

You will then be scheduled to see:

  1. The Psychologist, Nutritionist, and Exercise Specialist.
  2. Obtain all your labs and studies.
  3. Other specialists, if needed.
